We love and value all of our clients here at Der Deutsche Kutz LLC. In doing so, we want to make sure everyone feels at home and safe during every visit. Here are a few basic policies to make sure everyone who receives a service has an amazing experience that leaves them wanting to return again.

• Payments are CASH only or Zelle. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• You are given a 10 minute grace period. After that your appt will be cancelled and will be considered a no-show.

• If you no-show, 50% of previous service will be added onto next service. WE DO KEEP TRACK!!

• If you are not feeling well, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.

• Please keep vulgar language to a minimum due to respect of others.

• To make the most of your appointment, arriving clean and refreshed is requested. Please don't show up to your appointment with an aroma of substances.
